Avoid such people.
Building Owner
looks like another Rent -A-Stamp for the insurance industry. He showed at our location and never really even brushed away the snow to look for forensic evidence for the claim. When he was offered photo record of construction details, he totally ignored factual informa...tion and wrote a very, generic, insurance-company-friendly letter to support his future employment, signs letters as LLC but holds his opinion out as PC and never stamped with a NY licensed PE Stamp any documents. Must be Canadian!!!! engineer.
