Build an addition
LT Construction and Remodeling,Inc is the most reputable company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The owner is conscientious, professional, honest, detail oriented, ethical, experienced and willing to take the time to discuss any situation that potentiall...y occurs throughout the construction or remodeling process. He guarantees his work and is a phone call away should anything of an unusual nature surface. I recommend him without reservation for any type of new construction or remodeling. LT completed a family room at my residence last year ahead of schedule.
New three season porch
I was looking for a contractor that could remove an old rotting attached deck, and rebuild same size and shape with a roof for a three season porch. After talking to several contractors, I selected LT Construction. I’m very happy with my choice, as I found Lac Troung ...and his crew to be excellent at what they do. Lac has an outstanding knowledge of the building field, and always had a solution to any problem. The project was completed quickly and professionally. Lac was always on site with his crew, and kept me informed of the progress. The porch was completed within budget and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I would definitely hire LT Construction for future projects. Bob and Pat M. Grafton, MA
Second floor addition & kitchen addition
"Lac Truong has been highly reliable, conscientious, thorough and meticulous throughout my project consisting of adding a second floor addition and expansion of the kitchen. His considerable knowledge and skills were evident in finding several design flaws at the plan ...stage, and then executing the very complicated framing in an efficient and expeditious manner. His abilities also were evident in the finish stage when he completed the project without any compromise in materials and workmanship. He is a very pleasant gentleman, with engineering and construction savvy, and a true craftsman in every respect."
Kitchen Remodeling
I had been searching for a long time to find the right contractor to remodel my kitchen. Finally, I found LT and I knew it was the company to handle the project I had in mind. The work done on my kitchen was superb and it was worth every penny paid. My new kitchen cabinets look beautiful and I especially love my kitchen island. A wonderful job done by LT and his crew!
Room Renovation and Kitchen Remodeling
"We are very pleased with the work done by Lac and his crew. They honored their contract, worked cleanly and efficiently and were very pleasant every day. The renovations of our downstairs - including the gutting of 4 rooms and the installation of a new kitchen, are jus...t beautiful. We could not be happier with the outcome and are very happy to recommend Lac for any renovation."
