I recently ordered my husband's christmas present through Lab Techs, at first there was an error because my product was no longer in stock, I called them and they had told me I could get a newer one fore a small difference of price. They invoiced me for the difference a...nd I was quoted for a time on shipping. However, when the shipping time was up, I still hadn't gotten a package, when I contacted them they immediately apologized and sent it with overnight shipping! I'm very impressed! Around this time of year I can understand that orders get backed up and it's very busy. It's understandable that sometimes orders can be lost in a sea and things can be accidentally skipped over under the stress of the holidays. Their prompt fix left me very satisfied and impressed with their service!
