Great service. New location!
Lagrange camera is no longer at 104 west Burlington. They have moved to 20 east Burlington! Smaller shop but much more organized. The products they have in stock is astounding! I called to see if they had a canon lens in stock that no one else had and sure enough- they ...had it! And at the same price as everywhere else! Next time I am going to avoid the hassle of calling around and go right to them! Great service and support!

Good Shop
I have to respectfully disagree with the comment about poor customer service. Get to know these people. They know their stuff and will thoughtfully share their expertise. I recently brought in my busted telephoto lens, a week before leaving on a wildlife viewing vacatio...n, and all three of the staff, including the owner, bent over backwards to evaluate the broken equipment and get it shipped out for repair, then fixed me up with a good rental lens at a very agreeable price. I'm strictly an amateur photographer with average photographic equipment, but the staff at Lagrange Camera treats me like a pro every time.
Horrible Customer Service!!!!!!
I never EVER thought I would be leaving the store in such humiliated anger! I was going to buy a $2500 lens and trade in old equiptment to use towards the new lens. The owner was helping me and when I tried to talk, she talked right over me. In the past 15 years I hav...e bought almost everything I own at her store. Never again. I will take my business elsewhere and tell all I know to do the same because all it takes is one horrible to completely ruin 15 years of customer loyalty.
