Todd Corleto has not been affiliated with macVolks since 2007. He was a brilliant technician, but rather direct, and I am sorry that you did not have a good experience. Our Apple authorized technicians currently on board are great listeners, polite, and eager to make yo...u happy and provide excellent service. Not so good
Okay service, bizarrely rude technicians. We used them 3 or 4 times for relatively expensive jobs. Three time they fixed the problem; one time they made the problem worse, lost some data, and had to come back to correct the problem. The reason we stopped using them t...hough was the weirdly awful social skills of the housecall technicians. These guys *really* don't know how to use actual words to communicate... and they don't want you to use them either. One of the technicians, Todd Corleto, was so freakily rude when he made a housecall that we just decided it wasn't worth the trouble and expense to use these guys anymore. My advice: it's easy to find a less costly, equally convenient repair service with a much more professional staff.
