Each time that I have been in the Mail Central, I have been greeted with friendliness and excellent customer service. This place of business is a 5 star establishment. I look forward to working with your company more in the near future.

A few months I wrote a review that was less than flattering, concerning this business, today I wish to retract that statement. I am very pleased with the services offed at Mail Central. Never had any problems with any service or products. I see that another person posted a problem with a delivery of a package, but the US Postal Service gives estimated delivery dates, not guaranteed. People cho...ose this method to save on shipping costs but it is not the most reliable and not mail central's fault. They have warned me about using USPS prior to shipping. Read More

It pains me to do this but when I invest in a business who gives me a delivery date that never happens then I have no choice but to give that organization a bad review and that is what I'm doing now. I had my product shipped on 02/04 with a promise of delivery on 02/12... and received a message from the receipient that the package has yet to arrive via USPS. Disappointment hardly covers the inconvenience that will soon follow, with me now having to reschedule my airplane flight and possibly losing out on a job that was guaranteed with the stipulation that my packag arrive by a certain date, thanks Mail Central.
