Great Staff-Very Helpful and Friendly
I've been coming to Mail Place for 9+ years for various shipping, packing, and notary services and highly recommend it. While the level of service may have been less than stellar in years past, the current management and staff here these past few years are great. They ...are always courteous and professional, and have even unlocked their door for me when I appeared a few minutes after closing to drop off a box.
Good people and helpful
I often deal with Mail Place and have found them very helpful. I will continue to deal with them. They have never been unpleasant to me and I appreciate the fact that they ask people not to talk on their cell phones while in their store as it is noisey and makes doing business much harder.
Rude
I live in Benicia and have gone in this business several time with prepaid postage items to be picked up. They are always abrasive, never smile and act as if they are doing me a favor. They also have a sign that tells people they cannot talk on there cell phone in their place of business. I'll take my business elsewhere!
