Master Graphics

Ken has been making shorts, shirts, hats, sweatshirts for my school for 5 years and rarely is there a problem. The work is usually ready in 3-5 days.

The owner of this business doesn't pay his own bills. Why give him yours?

i love master graphics they've been doing my stuff for years with nice friendly service. i've never had a problem with them they always get my stuff done on time. i would NEVER go anywhere else i highly recommend this place...after all it is.."the best in kern county"

Unfortunately the lowest rating on here is "1 star". The guy has an excuse for everything and never returns calls. They are unable to make their own deadlines and they screwed up the artwork and basically said "deal with it". I'll never go there again.

On Nov. 6, 2009 I ordered a lettermans jacket for my son. Mr. Hart assured me it would be in by christmas, it wasn't, on Dec 28 he told me it would be in by 1-4-10 it wasn't, I called him several times never returned a call never even said the jacket did not come in. ...I went to the shop his assistant didn't know anything, I finally was able to talk to him and he said come in on Friday it will be in On friday the same thing happen he was not their and no jacket his assi. told me that he did not know why he had told me to come in because his dau was getting married that Sat. and no one showed up on Friday and the jacket had not come in and even if it had no one could do the embroidary on it because his wife would be at the wedding. On Jan 21, I sent him an e-mail he blaimed the manufacture for the delay , He instead felt I was calling him a liar and said come and get your money. This guy is a scammer!! We placed an order with Master Graphics in December 2009 and its now February 2010 and still have nothing to show for the money we spent. 3-5 day turn around time is a joke. This guy doesnt return calls or emails. He doesnt even respond to the Better Buisness Bureau. Stay away from this place!!
