I Got My Life Back in 7 Weeks!
I lovvvveee this Center. I had 30lbs to lose and did it in 7 weeks!!! The staff is outstanding. Kind, supportive, courteous! Kym was my nutrition specialist and she is a GEM! She supported me every step of the way, not only thru weekly visits but also made herself ava...ilable to me via phone if needed. I am ready for summer! I could not have done it without her. She believed in me and therefore I believed in myself. I feel great, have my self esteem back and can't wait to head out this summer and feel good about meeting new ppl with the new me!!! I have maintained my goal weight for 2 mos. I continue to go to her for monthly weigh-ins...That is a MUST!!!! What a great way to start off on my spring Diet journey. Kim, you are absolutely right!! I have shed another 7 pounds in two weeks and I am absolutely gorgeous if I say so myself. Every body and I mean everybody at work and home have noticed my new attitude and total ...look which has absolutely increased my renewed self esteem. I think I can actually see me getting back in to my two piece this summer. The Lipofast shots have really given me the spring forward I needed in the diet...NO pun intended. See you next week. They saved my life
First, I want to say I was on Benecar HCT for high blood, I was taking Metformin for high blood sugar, using asthma inhalants, and told I would need to go on Cholestorol medication. I weighed 265 and had a 42" waist. I lost 70 lbs in 12 weeks, went off all medication..., and went down to a 33 waist. More important, I changed my lifestyle, bought new clothes, and feel great. No more indigestion, tons more energy. I really did not suffer on this diet. If anything, after the first couple of days, I had to force myself to eat. Also, the amount of money I save on medications and going to restaurants all the time actually paid for the diet. I'm now back to regular food, and go to the gym and haven't gained anything but muscle weight. The counselors are great, they saved my life. - John Avellani
