Poor customer service
We have tried to schedule a flight with guru balloon since june - Adam has ignored last 3 messages. We bought the flight online auction so it is already paid for.

Guru Balloon Flight!
Cheryl Little said: October 20th, 2010 10:58 am I had an amazing flight this past weekend (Oct 16, 2010) with my boyfriend. Adam was great about sharing information and letting us know how everything would work. I was semi-scared at first, but everything was so smooth... that the height didn't bother me. We can't wait to do this again, and we will certainly be booking with Adam in the future. Absolute perfect experience!!!
