N Touch Communications

I have been with ntelos and ntouch in Marmet for 3 years now and anytime I have had a problem Donna at ntouch has been wonderful to work with I have only had to call actual customer service once and that was only because it was something that was out of Donnas hands. I would recommend ntouch to everyone.

I called to see if it was possible to pay an N-Telos monthly bill at that location and the lady that answered was very rude answering with a short loud, "NO!" and hung up on me. I wouldn't suggest dealing with these rude people.
