Travesty with Salvation Army trying to do a pickup
This place is Terrible. I scheduled to have the Salvation Army come clean out a 10 x 15 storage unit for donation. I went Thursday the 3rd and left all my information with the clerk for the manager stating that the Salvation Army will be coming on the 8th to clean out e...ntire contents. I left it unlocked, and to call me if she had any questions. Salvation army came out and she would not let them in. After an hour they waited, they left and called me. I called the manager because I am about 80 miles away from that facility and she said No she couldn't let them get it. I ask why she did not call me to tell me she couldn't and I would have made other arrangements, She stated " I Didn't have to". Now she is emailing me a form to call it abandoned so maybe she can keep the stuff or resale it. All I know is she wasted fuel for the big truck and time for two guys that is a nonprofit organization. And she would not even let me reason with her. Also she would not give me the information to the owner of the facility. Manager is Sherien. This facility is also A Uhaul Affiliate, I'm Sure they would like to know how they just cost money to the Salvation Army.
