PC Warehouse

i have read all of the negative review's about pc warehouse, and they are absolutely not true. I've done business with pc warehouse for more than ten years, Robert Sa and is tech's to me spend more time working with the public to solve whatever computer problem or issue... that the customer my have with their systems. AND LET ME MAKE THIS PERFECTLY CLEAR TO ALL THAT ARE TRYING TO GIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT A BAD NAME, I'M A TECH TOO I HAVE WORK BESIDE THEM AND THEY HAVE WORKED WITH ME TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES WITH COMPUTER'S. BY THE WAY THERE IS NO LANGUAGE BARRIER WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT. When you bring your system there they explain to you exactly what is wrong and what it will take to repair it. they always ask the customer's if they were able to back up their data, and if they were unable to pc warehouse does their best to retrieve it for you. Here's my problem with computer users. Why do pc users WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE AFTER THE SYSTEM CRASHS TO TRY AND BACKUP THEIR DATA. No it's so much easier to blame the techs who also try and save it for them but guess what it's to late. When a hard drive crash's it's done. So blame yourself not pc warehouse, their there to only help you. It seems that many "tech's" just don't have what it takes to deal with the average consumer. There is a language problem when dealing with the owners, man and woman, who have very thick accents and have a problem articulating what is and will happen with the repair proc...ess.There is a Tech in the back who started using a used car medafore and offered me a remedy for my situation before I had fully explained myself. I know they have vastly more knowage then I do, but I don't need to be talked down to in the first 30 seconds of a conversation. Something is not right at that business. Read More

It seems like all PC shops are a bit shady nowadays, which is sad. But at least this place saved me from spending 250+ at the idiots at PC America.

I've work for pc warehouse for over five years, And I've seen the onwer which is "Robert Sa", take peoples property which they dont pick up, and sell it, I told him, that is wrong, but he does not care. and when they come to pick up thier property, he tells them eith...er it's not done, or it has'nt arrive. or he blames it on a employee. my advice to everyone, take ur pc's to another computer repair shop, it's true what the others are saying, the software is pirated, and information is lost by inexperienced students that are still in high school. that have no knowledge of computer repair. and if you take your pc there, ask for jose rodriguez, or jose rios, they are the only two that know what they are doing. I used to work here for about 6 months under the counter. The people that run this place are insane. They have gone through so many different employees it's really sad. It's like the McDonald's of computer repair (not to say I don't like McDonald's, I do.) Most of the p...eople there get paid minimum wage, and the components sold are NOT top-of-the-lin, they are by ASUS, which is the worst computer company of all time. The people that work there are also software pirates, they take the original copies of legitimate disks and copy the data onto other DVDs and give them to you for a price. PC warehouse has been ok to me but they don't seem to always know what is wrong, one time i brought my pc in for a new motherboard they didnt ask me if i wanted my hard drive and wiped it with like $500 worth of music on it but ok ohh... and they had us sit around the s...tore for almost 2hrs wating for a repair they said they had ready when we called them but ok... not the end of the owrld my pc runs now obviuosly lol. ohh and a bit pricey lol Read More
