Papa's Laundry

Just left Papa's Laundry on Cave Creek Road. They had a huge machine for my comforter and a machine that double washed my rugs. My laundry came out just like new! They were very busy but had 2 or 3 people helping guests in and out with their baskets, and constantl...y cleaning. My only concern was it was hot....of coarse it is September in Arizona! Thank you for a GREAT experience. I will be back!!! Read More

I was referred to Papa's but was dreading the whole process. I had 25 loads and was shocked to have someone come to the parking lot and asked if I needed help with my things. 4 trips later, the help kept coming from direction of which machines would be best, run...ning change, and even helping me fold my bed linens! We were offered candy and checked on more than wait staff and a great restaurant. The facility was sparkling clean including the bathroom! My dreaded anticipation turned out to be one of the best experiences I could ever imagine! Congratulations and thank you to the team there. HIGH HIGH HIGHLY recommended for anyone with laundry needs!!! Mrs Larry Warner Read More

Don't be fooled by a clean establishment!!! ANY ONE CAN CLEAN A PLACE!!! The fact is this place is a rip off. The small washers are ok, but the bigger washers are priced way to high in comparison to the surrounding laundry mats. On top of that the dryers totally suck. F...irst because they are 25 cents for 6 minutes and during that 6 minutes they barely heat up resulting in YOU dumping more and more quarters in them like you're at the Casino playing a slot machine. My advice is simple...if you HAVE TO wash your laundry at a laundry mat and you want to use the least amount of money and STILL get your clothes clean, they drive a few streets down to Bell Road or find another laundry mat around and go there---OR you will wind up spending far to much!!!! I have never written a review for a laundromat, but had to after I witnessed how clean and helpful the folks of Papa's Laundry are. I was there when "Voltron" stuffed 3 loads into a 1 load machine. The attendant did an amazing job keeping his cool as she ranted/rav...ed, and was spewing profanity in front of the other guests AS WELL AS her children. He didnt want to invade your privacy by lifting the lid, but rather stop the machine from grinding and smoking as you didnt listen when he set you up with a larger capacity machine. While you claim they have lost you as a customer, I am happy to say that if you dont go there again, I will!!!! Read More

When you overload the machine and cause it to smoke the staff will respond by stopping the machine. Voltron, you need to buy your own washer and dryer and see how long the machines last when you don't follow directions.

Workers will walk around and open your load to inspect what you're washing. Very unprofessional, lost my business.
