Oh my gosh! I called them about getting a golden hamster. I pressed all of the buttons to talk to a consultant but my phone just went *beep-beep-beep-beep* I am mad!! :(

Very dissapointed, very unprofessional. The PETHOTEL is ridiculuous they hire anyone, this red hair manager was rude, ashley or emily i believe. She would be smart with every question i asked her, kept rolling her eyes contionusly and tapping her fake acrilic nails.
