I placed a delivery order and the arrangement that came was not at all attractive and was way overpriced for what was sent. I called and spoke to Cory to try and resolve the situation. I then asked again and he said "Too (Beep) Bad!" How could any business person say something like this. He then told me that i was just trying to get out of paying because i could not afford it!!! I told him it was not about money...I said since he is unwilling to help or give me the owner i would cancel the charge on my credit card. he said he didnt care because that would be fraud and they will turn me over to medical collections who love to deal with idiots like me...I could not believe he was saying all this and medical collections for a florist?
