Precision Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electric

I have used the services of Precision Plumbing, Cooling, and Electric in my own home and I was very satisfied with the customer service and workmanship. They were prompt, clean, experienced, and personable. What else can you hope for as a consumer? Keep up the good work.

I am writing about how happy Mom and I are with our new "replacement" furnace that Precision installed early summer. Not only has it so far ran impeccably in tune with our new thermostats, it is also so quite and effective and not a bit flaky or troublesome like the pre...vious one. And the installation process was an inspiration to witness! Thank you for going beyond the call of duty to make good on a decade old issue. I have told many people how wonderful you were to do that and many have replied; "well, that's what you can EXPECT with Precision Plumbing." You have a good reputation around Boulder! Mom is struggling with health issues, and I can't help but think that if only you and Mr.. Ruff were on her medical team, her problems would have by now been correctly diagnosed and promptly treated. new toilets saying the originals in highlands ranch are poor quality. they said the new toilets would take a tennis ball with not problem, unfortunately they cannot handle human waste. of course they insist the children are using too much toilet paper (not True) and f...ail to try to get to the real reason. the last repair man came to the door already angry with his fly wide open exposing himself, and every time we asked a question, he not only would not answer it but accused us of arguing with him. Funny how asking a question is arguing. We have now installed a much cheaper toilet and everything is fine. if I could give the less than one star I most certainly would. we were also told that a standard household plunger would not work to unclog toilets but they would not tell us what would work again stating that by asking we were arguing with them. Please call anyone but Precision for you plumbing needs. Read More
