NIGHTMARE
Finally got my computer back from Quality Computer Systems in Bennington. The only thing that needed to be fixed was the little female part where the charger adapter plugs into near the battery. To me this seemed like a very simple fix. Although they did not charge me t...he "full price'' I still had to pay $132.00. The parts cost about $40.00 that included a new adapter and a new female piece. They had my computer for 3 weeks when they said it would only take less than a week. They said over and over, that it would be ready in a day. The excuse was that they were sent the wrong part. I am about shopping local and independent businesses, but that place is a nightmare. Do yourself a favor, Ask someone like Chris Aiken, or some other computer nerdy friend to look at your computer before you bring it into this shop.
