Took my PC in 2 wks ago today. Heard nothing for a week until I callled. Left mssgs 2 days. Prongs bent and very tedious and time consuming to straighten. Told they only wrk in evenings on in-shop work. Heard nothing for another week. Today learned that they do...n't even look at them for 2 days to start with. Narrowed dwn to mother board. If you don't need your PC for a good long while and don't mind having to initiate any communication on your own... leaving you uncertain of diagnosis, they are the place to go. Thirty dollars for an unsure diagnosis. Will have to take it elsewhere and pay again. Not good.
