About REIA - Real Estate Investors Association of Washington
REIA is a non-profit Real Estate Investors Association of professional real estate investors. Our Membership is made up of all levels of experience from seasoned pros to newbies.
Our mission is to provide education, resources and networking that are SECOND TO... NONE in a local Membership-Focused organization to give Real Estate Investors all of the tools needed to make ethical, sound real estate investment decisions.
REIA offers resources and tools to investors at all levels, along with many of the professionals needed to make our real estate investing teams complete!
REIA focuses on assignments, wholesaling, flips, lease / options, landlording, abandoned properties, "ugly" (and pretty!) houses, probates, land development, mobile / manufactured homes, mobile home parks, self storage, commercial real estate, multi-family properties--any and all ways to creatively buy, sell and finance properties!
Topics on those subjects as well as asset protection, accounting for real estate investors, business credit, financing, marketing, home staging and rehabbing are frequently on our schedule!
