Finally - Just What I Needed!
30 minutes on the phone (after traditional working hours) with Kish solved my iMac problems, plain and simple. He was able to remote in as needed, and in plain English explained to me what was wrong, the context of the problem and options for me to choose from to fix... the issue. Compare that to the 3 hours I spent lugging my iMac to the local Apple store to meet with a Genius on the same issue (turns out their advice wasn't appropriate), not to mention additional hours on the phone with Apple support. Never again! ServiceByte will be my first, and last, stop for any problems in the future.

Once again Servicebyte comes to the rescue. I needed a problem solved and I was on deadline. They responded quickly and within a few minutes, they logged on remotely, explained what they were doing and fixed the problem - and taught me how to take care of the situatio...n on my own if it happened again. Different type of service
I've been dealing with the guy that started this business for a long time. I've gotta admit it's weird not calling them with a problem, but their website really does work well and being able to get help almost anytime is pretty good. Thanks!
