I LOVE THESE GUYS!! I am so tired of having people do work for my husband and I claiming to know what they are doing and then find out it was worse than them knowing nothing!! SO, WHEN I FOUND THESE GUYS, I HAD TO PASS ALONG THEIR PRAISES. They are very nice, profes...sional, easy to work with (I'm completely computer illiterate) they totally know what they are doing, quick to both tackle and complete the job, they offer both in-home, carry-in AND REMOTE access which enables them to work on your computer from their office while you're still talking to them on the phone explaining the problem. Saved my data
Last year my computer crashed. Blue screen of death and would not boot up. I thought for sure all of my photos and documents were gone for good. I called Shore Thing Computers and Rob told me he could take care of it, and he did. Got the computer working again and all o...f my files were intact. I think he used magic, since I was convinced the PC was a goner! I am very grateful he was able to fix it and save my info. I have recommended family and friends to them and they too have been happy with the results. I highly recommend Shore Thing Computers

Very pleased - 3x customer - Highly recommend!!
My family had let the issues with our computers slide for quite awhile. My older son uses his for school so when his had problems, he went to Shore Thing. They corrected everything to his specs and he was happy. The price was reasonable. I figured that was a good enough... recommendation for me and brought a hard drive that had sustained damage to see if they could recover the data since Sony wouldn't take care of it under warranty. They did!! I had given up hope for all the documents, pictures and music I had on it and they recovered it onto a backup drive I purchased and gave them. Once I had my data back, I gave them my newer laptop which had gotten a virus that my virus protection wouldn't get rid of and they gave me back a clean laptop. Rich
