He goes out of his way to make sure his customers are taken care of !
Customer Review left For First Choice Towing relating to Champlin Sinclair WOW! Thanks for the quick service. Here we go 7pm a cold night in January my car won’t start I am in a hurry to go out with friends. I call a Champlin Sinclair a local towing company I ...have used before. To my surprise the tell me there trucks are busy for the night. But to my surprise they give me a number of another tow company in the area! Let’s just say I was surprised. Well I call them less the 20 minutes later Scott shows up starts my car. Here is were I got real surprising when I asked him for a Business card he reminded me were I got his number the first time. As he said how much does a company care for its customers to give out a competitors number just to get me them taken care of. Champlin Sinclair will be the first number I call, but if they are busy there is no second choice but FIRST CHOICE TOWING!! Thanks Scott! February 20, 2009 by Jesica Huges in Champlin, MN
