On & Off-Site support
We are a small business in Lowell, MA. As such we cannot afford a full time IT or computer support person. We found SM Computers about 2 years ago and have been delighted ever since. Sergio, the owner of SM Computers, has not only provide routine support, but on mo...re than one occasion come to our office to support on-site needs. It is a comfort knowing that they are there. I would recommend them highly.
A+ Service
I just made my 3rd trip to this business for computer repair and again say I will go nowhere else. I am not computer smart but the owner of this business does not make me feel stupid. He talks with you; not at you and you leave understanding everything that needed to be... done. And also important..... you don't feel your wallet was robbed. Service and repair are very affordable at SM Computer.
A ++++
Wouldnt take my computer any where else. Very professional, Great Prices! I have taken by laptop to SM many times. Everytime my computer is repaired very fast on site. Not like other place that will take a week just to look at it and get back to you on the problem. I would recommend this place over anywhere else in the area!
