never again
I just moved to Chehalis,wa not too long ago, I needed the back of my hair cut/cleaned up.I went into the shop, someone told me 'have a seat in my chair, I will be right there"no Hello, How are you, just, have a seat.after sitting down the hairdresser proceeded to ...put a cutting cape on me, without a sanex strip! (the paper that protects me from skin, blood..ect. from other clients) when I asked her if she had any, she said" we have them, we just don't use them, would you like me to use one on you?"I said "um, yes, it's the law" she didnt like that very much I guess, the rest of the cut was complete silence.we had no consoltation before she gave me my shampoo. Lucky for her, I have been a hairdresser for over 21 years! so I know how I want it cut.By the way, this girl is the MANAGER! never going back.she needs to at the least lose her title, if not her job.
