Very poor customer service
We bought a hp notebook pc,paid about $700 for it, then in about 4 months we have problems with it. They refused to look at it, even tho we paid big money for it. Just said we should have bought their warranty. It is still pretty new! We ended up calling hp in INDIA, an...d spent about 2 1/2 hours total on the phone with them in 1 day. Do not recommend this store. They didn't even want to discuss any problems on the pc over the phone, just didn't care
