Poor customer service
I am just an average guy. I have a broken appliance which called for a 5mm hex bolt. In the past I went to Thb for help. They were always great to find the appripriate bolt or nut. They would chage me a token small fee or even give me a single bolt. I was impressed.... Today they found what I was looking for but wanted to charge a minimun fee of $10.00 for one bolt. Severl guys were just sitting there doing nothing. Would it have hurt to help me out and find the bolt and even charged a small fee. Poor customer service. I have lost my opinion of the company. It takes years to gain a customor but seconds to loose him.
