AVOID THIS STORE
AVOID THIS STORE. Came in on July 3rd to send a package 2 day / Saturday July 5th delivery. Described how important it was that the package arrive on Saturday. The employee told me only way to get it there was USPS priority Express for $33. Paid and discovered TODAY, JU...LY 5th that the package was never even picked up from the store. This is the 3rd horrible experience from this location. The only reason they deserve 1 star vs. 0 stars is because the employee today (different person) understood how wrong they were and gave me money back. BUT.. PACKAGE WON'T GET THERE. Generally rude, and feel like customers have not other option so they treat you horribly and on top of that are not competent. AVOID THIS STORE • • •
RUDE & UNHELPFUL
I think I dealt with the same woman as others... I wanted to return an eBay purchase. I sent it back to the return address on the shipping label, but it was the UPS Store it had been shipped from. When it arrived, the operator called me. I asked her to hold it whi...le I contacted the seller, but she sent it back within hours. The seller turned up soon after, but the package was gone. The shipping label listed two addresses, naturally I sent it to the second one. But it was the same UPS store. They called again, I asked them to ship it to the seller. I said I was willing to pay, but thought they should because the mix up was their fault. The operator became very angry and refused to hold the it OR ship it. The seller is a frequent customer and the package originated at their store; I feel they had an obligation to help. Now I have to send the same package a third time. This wouldn't have happened if they hadn't used their own address. It wouldn't have cost them anything to supply some customer service - but it did cost me.
Disappointed
This business consistently overcharges, compared to UPS' online charges. Customer service provided by the woman who is there most often (owner? manager?) is poor, often rude, and unprofessional. I will not bring any more business to this location.
