Tires Plus Total Car Care

I am in southern Florida from Arizona for a new job when I find a bolt in my tire. My car had 4 Firestone tires that had been purchesed less than ayear ago in Central Florida. I called with my problem & took the car in for them to look at. after 1.5 hours, They confirm...ed a bolt and took my 2010 Ford Focus in. Just 30 minutes later, it was done. I asked if the tire was "plugged" & I was told that it had been "patched" - therefore, my warranty would be NOT be be voided. I had given my phone number in order for them to bring up my service record and warranty and paid the $24.37 bill and left. After reviewing my warranty I called to see why I had been charged. There was serious backpeddaling then was told I would be issued a store credit. Since I am here from AZ that would not work for me. They made be drive back to the store in order to get the credit. the manager I had spoke with 5 minutes before was "at lunch"s which added to the distrust and lack of customer service!!! Read More
