Should've looked elsewhere for carpet
I had a really bad experience with Tucson Flooring. I should've known better when they said that if I wanted to pay with a credit card, I would have to pay in full, rather than half now and other half when the job was done. That was my stupidity. The carpet was not i...nstalled when they said it would be, when the installers did show up and tore my house apart, I had to wait two days before the carpet even showed up. Then I got the run around from the owner and the person that sold us the carpet, and still have not seen any compensation from Tucson Flooring after they said they would work with me.
