friendly, fast and reliable service
My experience at A1 Cleaners was impeccable. It was my first time there because i had seen the signs on the windows advertising 30% percent off alterations, and 20% off for dry cleaning of clothing. I brought 175 items into Ms Kim and all were returned to me at the ti...me given. It was done right the first time, fast and very friendly service. She even offered my 9 year old daughter some candy. The lady was very professional and took care of my alterations on the spot. I am recommending this cleaners to all my friends & family
They lost my husbands suit pants and then called us liars!
My husband went to pick up his suit pants and they tried to give him a pair that were too short and too little. The label was for Joseph A. Banks and he's never even shopped there in his life. On two separate occasions either he or I tried to explain this to Kim Haeng... and she yelled at us. She called me a liar and threw my husband out of her store, in front of our 11 year old son no less! I know that the Fox Run Dry Cleaners would never treat us like that so I'll go back north.
