A Plus Storage

I've been very pleased with A Plus Storage. Very pleased! We moved up from Florida, and when we had to move in we didn't have enough storage. We had two units, and we ended up with four, and A Plus was very accommodating, and very helpful. They made it as easy as possible. We've just been very pleased, and I absolutely recommend them.

My home was affected by the Nashville flood, and it was a nightmare finding storage. I ran into Michael with A Plus Storage at another location while looking for a storage room to put all my stuff. He was very helpful. He called their other facility in Spring Hill, a...nd I went right there. They made whatever I needed available for me.\t\n\t\nThey helped me move my things, and they even helped me with the cost because I didn't have help from anywhere else at the time. They worked with me and were the first ones to give me peace of mind. My life is stored in their facility right now.\t\n\t\nThey are always there when I call them, and if they are not in the office it is forwarded to Michael's own phone. If they don't pick up I get a call back within 15 to 20 minutes. They have been very, very helpful. I am a Realtor, and I called the owners of A Plus Storage to let them know I will be recommending them to my clients.\t\n\t\nThe flood was in May, and I didn't find them until September, so I had gone to other storage companies. It was a nightmare. My experience with A Plus was great. They helped me during a really bad time in my life, and they are still helping me. They went way beyond what most people would do and were always there to help. My things are safe in storage even though the issues with my house are continuing on.\t\n\t\nThey have been such a blessing.
