WORST TAXI SERVICE EVER! STAY AWAY!!
After speaking with the driver multiple times for a scheduled pick up (3-4 hours in advance), he never showed to pick up our business clients. Their response to the no show "we can have someone there in an hour" !!! WORST TAXI SERVICE EVER!! Will NEVER use again! VERY unreliable!
i love this company
needed a last minute ride to the airport, and i called this company. i spoke to warren, and he understood, that i was rushed and assured me i would be picked up within 10 minutes. In seven minutes, my driver Bill showed up, and got me to the airport, with 20 minutes to ...spare. I am very grateful for the effort they showed, and the urgency they applied in solving this issue, in a very timely manner.....Thanks guys
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! TOTALLY UNRELIABLE!!
I called the night before Thanksgiving to make sure they could pick me up from school and take me to the train station so I could be with my family on Thanksgiving. I was assured they were working and would be there at 8:15am as requested. At 8:30 I called to see why th...ey were late and was told they were on their way. At 8:40 I was told the were in front of my dorm. I was in front of my dorm! At 8:45 I called again and was told that the truth was they had never reached a driver! No one was coming! The dispatcher sounded like I either just woke him up or he was stoned! Another service got me to the train minutes before it left.
Dependable and professional
My ride did not show up to bring me to the airport. I called A-Team Taxi at the last minute and they transported me to the airport on time I made my flight.
Thanks
Barbara R.
