I had my storage locker there for 2 years . I removed my items Sept 2009 and had to pay for Oct rental, as I had not done a 30-day notice. Nov comes and I get charged again, after calling every week I finally get my funds back a little before Christmas. I called and ...inquired why my security deposit was not included and was told it would be taken care of, same story I kept receiving about my rental refund. Weeks later I was informed that owner was mistaken and thought I had not submitted 30 days notice funds would be sent. During this time I was told the owners kids were sick and she wasn’t at the main office (only she signs checks), as well as a message was left I'm waiting for her to get back to me, etc. I need to point out that the customer service on site was quite good and most helpful; the problem is the main office in Nashville.
