My very ill husband bought me a diamond from these guys. They did all the alterations down in the basement of the mall they sell in. I told them that the diamond setting was crooked and the shank way too thin. We had already paid. A big no-no. When we got back to VT the... center stone had to be reset. That cost us $300. I have not had the shank fix yet because I don't wear it. The stones are really yellow compared to the diamonds I wear daily. This was a 25th anniversary gift. The slip they handed my husband was unreadable. I couldn't even make our their name. They used the generic pads with the ink sheet you place between the original and copy. You can buy anyplace. It wasn't until today that I learned of their name because they sent us a x-mas card. The card has no email address. The phone number provided rings and rings without the opportunity to leave a message. This ring cost my husband almost $3000. I am so disgusted with this sale, that now I know who sold us the ring I plan to file written complaints to every entity that will listen. Learn from my mistake. Abramov jewlery had outstanding service, they were unbelievably well spoken and gave me the greatest deal i could have asked for. I got a 14 kt white gold tennis bracelet with 3 kt's in diamonds about three years ago and i love it and wear it everyday.
