I have known a number of service centers in my time and part of my position is to certify them.Accutech is one of the very few certified service centers in the mid south.I confronted them about the accusation made concerning a Sony repair, and although they are in a str...ucture that looks like a personel dwelling,it has been many businesses.Sometimes you are going to get customers that have a bad taset in their mouth about one thing ,such as they don't want to have to pay the estimated cost of a repair ,then they find some other reason to try to justify it.As an instructor and associate for the International Scciety of Certified Electronic Technicians , I highly endorse the practices and skill of this Service Center. In the future,weather it be a TV Repair or an Auto Repair,don't slander anyone's name because you don't want to pay the price.That is what estimates are given for. In September , we had a bad power surge.We contacted another repair center first that was refered by a friend. After 3 weeks , we were informed that parts could not be found and that we owed a service charge for each piece ( 2 Big Screen TV's ,a 35" RCA tv and 2 desktop... computor's.We paid and got all of the units back and then called Accutech who came out promptly.Within a week ,I was given an estimate on all of the units that was lower than the first place had given us on just two.We told Accutech to repair all of the unit's which we received back with-in a week.All of the unit's are now and have been working perfectly.Accutech gave us a good warranty on all repairs (they said that they give one on all units before repairing them) but we haven't had to use it.In this world it is hard to find a place that isn't out just to rip you off ,but I will sa that accutech is where us and everyone that we know will be going.
