Free teck support 24/7 - fiddlesticks

rubbish
I tried calling for support at midnight - no one there
I had to leave a number and ACS would call back during normal business hours obviously.

My 10 M internet access is going up and down like a yoyo. It being good up to now.

Due to false advertising above I give them a 1 *

acs has the worst custmer service in the last three weeks I have had a lady put her hand up interupt me talk over me and her superviso,r been promised that untill the insurance claim office opened since it was during the labor day weekend while using a old phone my call...s would be transfered to to my temporary phone and given 50% off my months bill which was told to me by a supervisor on the phone since the counter lady told me she could do nothing but give me another number none of that has happen making wonder why I even have acs as a provider and I only give you a one star since there is no option for a negative number

ACS Prepaid Outside of Alaska

A note to all ACS Alaska prepaid cell phone customers:If you travel outside of Alaska, and a few places INSIDE Alaska, you have to dial ALL numbers twice. There is a software bug that WILL NOT be fixed. I just got off the phone with them for the third time in a year o...ver this issue and they told me that it is something I will just have to deal with. I spend half of my time outside of Alaska so this is highly frustrating.Dialing twice is not the real problem, by itself. The second dialing MUST be done manually. This automatically means that the voice-dialing function on my phone is effectively disabled. And as soon as I start dialing the second time, the display of the number is erased, so I have to try to remember all phone numbers now. No mean feat at my age!! Those two problems are aggravating. But the icing on the cake is that my calls are a lower priority on the cell towers down here. Pick up your house phone and just leave it off-hook. What will eventually happen

Seriously, terrible company.

Lied to get me into a plan, then reused to let me leave without a whole lot of $$$$. Don't trust them, look at the other reviews here.
