good job
Replaced a part in less than 30 minutes when furnace failed to ignite. Gave advice on a condensation problem and recommend another company to hire to do the insulation. Did a safety check and set the furnace to run in 2nd stage. Signed up for their maintenance program which saved me money.
How hard is it to just file a claim people?
In 2007 our old furnace was serviced by "Air Controls" of four corners. The 'tech' messed around with the old noisy fan motor and supposedly got it working ok, noting that he didn't think he could get a replacement. In reality of course I could have retro'd a similar ...size/voltage motor in there and gotten it done cheaper than they charged us I'm 100% sure. But I'm busy and the landlord was using them at the time so in they came. The next cold stretch they came in for a thermostat that went bad sitting over the summer. Started being intermittent on.
