About ALB Home Care
At ALB Home Care, families choose who provides their care. Through Pennsylvania's Medicaid long term services and supports programs, eligible participants can select their own caregiver, including a family member or friend, and our team handles eligibility, enrollment, ...and paperwork. We serve seniors and adults with disabilities throughout Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware counties. Caregivers assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and transfers, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation, and companionship, on schedules from a few hours a week to 24 hour care. Support is available in Russian, Spanish, Ukrainian, Mandarin, Korean, Arabic, and more.
