All About You Med Spa

I purchased a voucher through morgans point for an ipl treatment. Not only were my fears laid to rest but the treatment was more than great! The staff was amazing as well as my experience!! I would mos def refer a friend and A New You now has a client for LIFE!!

This review is for A New You Medical Spa located at 1 Chisholm Trail Suite 5100 Round Rock, TX. The outside business sign still says, "Women's Health Associates / Healthcare 4 Her"\t\n\t\nI purchased a Morgan's Deal for a photofacial session and my appointment schedule... time was for 11:30 AM and I arrived on time but was told I could not receive my scheduled photofacial because I did not arrive 15 minutes earlier. I was never informed that my 11:30 AM appointment was actually for 11:15. The spa manager came out to rudely inform me that I needed to reschedule and when I tried to explain that I had made my appointment for 11:30 and was not informed that I needed to arrive at 11:15 then she aggressively proceeded to explain that she would call the cops if i did not leave the premises. I was not verbally or physically attacking her and I was the customer looking to redeem my voucher for a paid service. She screamed at me as I was walking out after I told her I was calling Morgan's Deal to get a refund. \t\n I would not recommend doing business with this place because they apparently do not know the meaning of customer service. If you want to be harassed and insulted, then by all means this is the perfect place for you.\t\nThere are too many other day spas to be wasting your time and money with this joke of a business.
