Personal service, personal touch
I found All Spotless Carpets through a web search and then on WRAL. I needed some carpet repaired so I filled out the form on the website and the next day I received a phone call about setting up the service. I sent Thom a couple of pictures so he could see what I nee...ded, and he was able to give me and estimate. I scheduled the work and requested specific times because we have a baby and the work was outside her room so we needed to do it around her nap time and he was able to do that too. The work was fabulous, and Thom is great. Looking forward to getting the carpet cleaned in the next month or so. Thanks Thom!

These guys are great !
This is the second time I've had All Spotless Carpets out to my house. The first time I called was for an all over carpet cleaning and didn't think my carpet REALLY needed it until Thomas came out to clean it... WOW ! What a difference, it looked like it did when I fi...rst moved into my brand new home. Yesterday I had him come out again because my 9 month old puppy had a few accidents (my fault, I changed his food on him and I guess his system didn't like it), I thought he'd NEVER get it clean... WOW ! It looks just as good as the first time he did it. What a great, thorough job they do ! Don't put off calling these guys.. you won't regret it !! I know you'll be totally satisfied ! They are so friendly too !!
Great Service!
Very polite and did an excellent job. Good prices, too!
Thanks!
