It's all about perspective and All State provided excellent service to my family
I have to admit that I was very nervous about making the arrangements for my daughter's move from California to Tennessee. I called a number of movers - some were less expensive and others were more expensive. However, there was something about my conversation with Trac...ey B. at All State that alleviated my concerns. I AM SO GLAD that I went with my gut feeling about All State because their service was OUTSTANDING from start to finish. Their communication before, during, and after the move was exceptional. Absolute Scam Artists. Make sure you meet the movers at the Dept of Weights and Measures. Their 'weights' are completely off. Recommend contacting the Federal Department of Weights and Measures to meet you and Allstate at weigh station,. 90% of the time the weight is of...f . The telephone number for USA Department of Weights and Measures is: 301-975-4004. It is now called NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) make sure you meet them before delivery and go back with them after.

Worst move ever
The people are friendly but I had to wait 3 weeks passed my delivery window. I was consistently told that my things were only a couple of days out when they were apparently in a storage facility somewhere. The estimate they gave me was so far off that I had to pay over ...30% more than they quoted me, by that time it was too late and no choice but to pay. Was difficult to get updates on the whereabouts of my things. I was still made to pay full price upon delivery. I was told that something will be worked out, but its been a week since delivery and still no word. I'm sad that I spent so much money for the services rendered. I'm sad that I paid to use this company. I should have rented a uHaul truck.
