Harassment - one more call and I will be reporting this company!
These people refuse to STOP Calling me. I get several calls and emails from them each day and my answer is always the same. I no longer need these services. I asked them to please take my number out of their system and they always say "well it must have been another co...mpany that contacted you because this is my first time contacting you". Every one literally says the same thing. They refuse to take me out of their system. If I get a call today I WILL be reporting this company. This is now harassment and it has been going on too long now.
The absolute worst
All State Van Lines Relocation is the worst company to deal with. They sweet talked us into signing with them for our cross country move from Kentucky to Oregon. The original guy low-balled us on weight (I'm pretty sure on purpose) in order to get us to sign. Then, at e...very turn, the cost increased by several thousand dollars. When the movers arrived to load us, they rushed packing and moving into one day and broke several things. We were guaranteed that our stuff would be delivered by February 22. The delivery date keeps getting pushed back and now All State is telling us they don't know when it will be delivered but it will probably be another week. They hide all kinds of things in your contract to trick you on purpose so they can take advantage of you. They are only offering to reimburse us $30 a day for being late which is ridiculous since we are paying them over $11,000 dollars. We don't even have our stuff yet and who knows if we will get it. Do NOT use All State Van Lines.

This company was a contender until I received an email thanking me for getting a quote, that had changed my surname to O'hoebag. I called and placed a complaint with customer service, who is forwarding the email to management. Even still, it's a no for me.

This company was definitely a contender until I received a followup message that thanked me for getting a quote and then noticing that instead of addressing me by my proper surname, I was being called O'Hoebag.
Customer service had me forward it to them while on the phone and is taking the email to management. Even so - it's a no, for me.
Trouble Throughout but They Tried To Fix In the End
Use All State Van Lines with caution. I had a very stressful time with the company. There was a lack of communication and things were promised that never happened. The contracted company, Quality relocation, is completely unprofessional and shady/questionable - stay awa...y from them. There was water damage due to negligence on arrival and I was overcharged by over $900. I tried several times to get my issues resolved but would get the run around and would often times not get a response. I finally got my check for the overcharge and am waiting on the ins payout. after several weeks, upper management contacted me. I was offered an apology and a $750 customer service refund. I assured that Quality relocation is on a freeze from business and told me that there would be an internal audit to correct the communication problems. Make sure you read all the paperwork in full and verify all info given. I would recommend being there in person for the weigh ins and getting additional insurance.
WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!
$4000 more than original estimate. I have never had so many issues with any company before. WORST COSTUMER SERVICER EVER!!! I must of called at least 25 times and not a single answer. The moment I made payment, then immediately I got a call back asking to schedule the n...ext payment. I will NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone. They pass on your services to other company who trashes your belongings and they do not respond for any of it. Complete disappointment in everything.
