Allstaff Services

I was tertermted from Allstaff agencies after being diagnosed with a bacterial lung infection and pnuemonia. I had a doctor's order not to return to work until the next day. This company was well aware that i was very sick. Upon my calling to report back after my Dr. A...ppointment, the staff member informed me i would be terminated. She said i had not shown any proof of my condition, although i did have a doctors order to not come into work. It is a direct violation of the HIPPA law for a company to ask or require proof of diagnosis. I stayed In contact with the agency and let them know i had to return to to doctor the day before i was terminated, as well as every other day i had missed because of my condition. They fired a very hard working employee, and allow others to keep their jobs who break rules daily, including drug use on the job. Staff is very unprofessional and i would not recommended them to anyone. Read More
