Karsten 262-A, Free 2 Car Garage, Free Furniture
Karsten 262-A, Free Garage, Furniture, Tyler Texas Home KARSTEN 262-A WITH FREE 2 CAR GARAGE AND LOT MODEL FURNITURE INCLUDED WITH PURCHASE You heard it right, this model has to go! Karsten 262-A with the 2 car garage and it comes furnished with the furniture we ha...ve it set with. Oh yeah, we don't stock our homes with cheap furniture. This home is a Karsten, which means it's the "Best of the Best" when it comes to manufactured or Modular homes. Go to http://roybarneshomes.com and see all the pictures of this home and the furniture. Before you call and ask, yes, the garage does come with the concrete floor and all set up, delivery, AC and AC installed, Skirting and Tied down. It's the complete package! Nobody in this town ( Tyler Texas ) or any other town can offer this deal because it's a deal that is costing us money since it has been on our lot for over a year. We have sold many homes off this model but it's time to make room for the 2009 model and that means GREAT DEAL!
