I used American West Appliance Repair 2 times on 2 different occasions. Both times the technicians arrived at the scheduled time. They were professional and friendly. They had parts on their trucks and fixed my appliances right away. Great company!
We tried to wash some clothes in our Whirlpool washer and the water poured out of the bottom of the washing machine. We called American West Appliance Repair and requested same day appointment. Fred, the technician, was at my house within 2 hours of making the call. He... was friendly and knowledgeable. He determined that the pump needed replacement. He had a brand new pump on his truck and fixed the appliance right away. I couldn't believe how fast he had my washer working again. I would use this company again
My experience was excellent!
American West Appliance was super responsive, friendly and went out of their way to get me a great deal. They serviced my dryer last week. The repairman was nice and knowledgeable of my appliance. He quickly diagnosed the problem and solved it right away by replacing thermostat. It was a joy to deal with him. I would use this company again.
I have used American West Appliance now 2 times in past 3 years. Both times they came out on time and had the needed parts on their trucks to make the repair right away. Their fees were reasonable. This is an outstanding service provider and I highly recommend them.
Honest folks!
No need to look further than these guys. The repairman was prompt, courteous and fixed my GE refrigerator by replacing mother board. He was excellent.
Great company!
American West Appliance sent a knowledgeable and polite service technician to repair my GE side-by-side refrigerator. He quickly determined that the problem was with the overload starter relay. He had the needed part and finished the service in approximately 30 minutes,... which included cleaning the condenser coils. I was impressed with their professionalism, quick work and fair price.
