   SOME USE SPECIAL CHARGERS OTHERS PLUG INTO A WALL OUTLET, THEY USUALLY COME WITH A CHARGER

   You just use a battery charger that charges the scooter's battery directly. It should roughly take not more than one and a half hours depending on the scooter type.
