if i cut about 700-1000 calories a dya will i lose weight?
ok so for the time being im swamped with snow and its almost impossible to get out very much but i have noticed im eating a lot more than i should/need to, i take in roughly 2500 calories a day and a lot of fat. if i cut out as much fat as a i can and reduce calories to like 1500-2000 will i lose weight with limited excersize. and alos before responding... no i am not anorexic (spell much) im just saying if i cut out the extra calories would i lose weight normally or would it all be pointless unless i work out a lot? i do little things like crunches/push ups and stuff like that every now and then but yes i kno thats not enoufh, and daily ill walk about 2.5miles. heres what my meals look about like...
btw im currently a collage student with school hours almost identical to a high school student, im in school at 7:00 and home by about 3:00
breakfast- none, i never eat breakfast, usually on the run, i only eat if im hungry but im never hungery in the morning.
Lunch- depends on was at school, usually pizza/some form of chicken/tacos/hamburger etc iv calulated about 600 calories per meal.
Dinner, unsure usually soup and sandwitch, no time for much as i work from 4:00-9:00
and after school ill eat some grapes or a bannana.
im currently about 180 pounds and about 5 foot 4 id like to hit about 160, or just trim my stomach... any ideas, also, when it shows i dont eat much... im usually not hungeryTags: collage student, chicken tacos, push ups, excersize, bannana, dya, alos, ups, calories, grapes, stomach, pizza, hamburger, lunch

Increasing your energy usage impacts weight loss more efficiently then calorie cutting in my experience. I stopped dieting about 5 years ago. The 1st thing that happened is I stopped gaining/losing weight. Then the weight started coming off. I've lost almost 100 lbs. Walk, run, dance anything that gets your body moving works. You need a WELL BALANCED DIET and exercise. Just cutting calories won't work because your body goes into starvation mode.
