I called to complain he decided he no longer wanted to fix the unit even though I asked to explain why it was taking so long . He then told me that "people like me don't understand." Not really sure what he meant by that, but even after I told him I would prefer that he fix the thing (even though he couldn't tell me why it was taking so long) he still returned it. Well, I took it to a local motor shop who promises to fix it for half the price and in 3 days! What was really nice is they actually called me back. My advice to you is to find somebody else!
