Refrigerator
A refrigerator, or fridge, has a thermally insulated compartment and heat pump that transfers heat from the inside of the fridge to the outside. This keeps the fridge and its contents cool. Food that is kept in fridges are those that are easily spoiled or will melt when kept at room temperature.
Dishwasher
A dishwasher, like its name indicates, washes dishes and eating utensils. After putting in either powder or liquid detergent and turning on the dish washer, it mixes the detergent with water to remove the dirt from the dishes. The dishwasher then rinses the dishes with clean water and dries to complete the process.
Stove
A kitchen stove is designed to cook and prepare food. A kitchen stove can be either gas or electric. The oven, which is attached to stove, is used for baking.
Microwave
A microwave is a faster alternative to ovens. It uses microwave heating to heat molecules within food. Unlike ovens, microwaves just heat up food; it does brown or bake them.
